On 7 October 2026, YMCA Soa Hin welcomed staff members and representatives from YMCAs across the Asia-Pacific region as part of the Hotel Networks Conference. Participants represented several countries and territories, including Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

During their visit to YMCA Soa Hin, the participants toured the Energy and Environmental Conservation Learning Center to learn about approaches to climate change, energy conservation, waste and environmental management, and sustainable resource use. They also explored opportunities to promote environmental learning and apply sustainable environmental practices to support environmentally friendly hotel management.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for YMCAs from different countries to exchange experiences and share practical approaches. It also helped strengthen regional cooperation and networks to promote knowledge sharing, sustainable hotel management practices, and collaborative efforts in environmental conservation and sustainable development.
