On 26 August 2026, participants of the Regional Gender Justice Program, organized by the Asia & Pacific Alliance of YMCAs in collaboration with the Climate Defenders Project, visited the Energy and Environmental Conservation Learning Center (YMCA Soa Hin) in Chiang Mai to learn about environmental conservation and climate change.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During the visit, participants learned about energy conservation, resource and waste management, as well as approaches to mitigating and adapting to the impacts of climate change.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The activity was part of a learning exchange aimed at raising awareness of the connections between the environment, climate change, and the development of an inclusive and sustainable society. It reflects the YMCA\u2019s commitment to promoting environmental and climate learning and encouraging the participation of young people and communities.<\/div>\n
